In a quiet corner of eastern France, Fougerolles, revolution took root in 1864, when the Peureux and Baud families lit their stills and perfected the Eau de Vie method: pure distillation, honest fruit, nothing extra. Today, those very same copper stills are still running, and VESPER is born from one of them. Not for nostalgia, but for alchemy. 1 oz Gin

0.5 oz Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano, if you want to impress the bartender)

Lemon twist (don’t you dare use a wedge)
